Book Quote: 25 May 2009

"Misquotation is, in fact, the pride and privilege of the learned. A widely-read man never quotes accurately, for the rather obvious reason that he has read too widely". Hesketh Pearson I really liked this quote because I often find myself paraphrasing or rephrasing the quotes of others. I always thought that it was a side effect of being a careless reader, but not so according to Pearson. Have a great day DK
